Ruby C.

Head Chef / Owner

Ruby is the force behind Latin Raíces Catering, a top choice for authentic Latin catering in Orlando and Central Florida. A proud Puerto Rican with an upbringing from the diversified neighborhoods of Philadelphia. She combines 11+ years of culinary experience to deliver fresh, flavorful menus for all types of events.

Her passion for cooking was shaped by her family, community, and incredible mentors who inspired her creative and culturally rich approach. Ruby leads Latin Raíces Catering with a focus on empowering her team, supporting local businesses, and creating custom event experiences that reflect each client’s unique vision.

Ruby’s goal? To leave guests feeling the energy, love, and attention to detail behind every dish. When she’s not in the kitchen or at an event, Ruby enjoys attending local performances and staying connected to the vibrant Central Florida community.

Lauren F.

Event Manager

Responsible for the details of the catering services to carry through. In charge of decorating the food setups/buffets. Enjoys being creative with details and colors. A true team player leading the front of the house team. Loves being a good hostess to the guests.
